This video will share some skills when filling the grease into a ball bearing.
Before filling the grease, better to wash the high speed bearings firstly, which can remove the remaining anti-rust oil or other foreign matters.
Anti-rust oil can keep the grease from oil film. Fill the grease equally between each ball.
If the bakelite cage is guided by the outer ring, suggest coating little grease on the guiding surface as well. Rotate the bearing to make the grease filling the bearing inner space.
Please pay attention to the rotation direction of the contact angle, the wrong direction will break the bearing.
