HP60G01
There are two pieces ID8 mm, the model number is HP60G01. To increase the limiting temperature, we are using different cages, such as PEEK, copper and other special metal. So that our limiting temperature can be up to 600 degrees. This model is used for Garrett.
708C
While, for BorgWarner and IHI series turbocharger, their structures are different with Garrett, usually consisting of two sets of ball bearings and one shaft outside. We could see, the ball bearing is ID8, OD22, height 7. It’s a full complement structure with ceramic balls, no cage can ensure high temperature resistance and high rotation speed. At least, it can reach 160,000 rpm.
