XEZ started in 1988 and has rich experience in OEM for some famous brands in the past years. Basically, we are focused on super precision ball bearings, which means ACBB and DGBB, but still have some related customized bearings for some special markets, such as CNC machining center, high speed spindles, turbocharger bearings, ball screw support bearings, spindle motor bearings and so on. Let’s see those bearings one by one.
The first one is our featured product, spindle bearings, we have open type or sealed type. Usually, we are making P4 level with ceramic or steel balls, which are widely used in high speed spindles. Sometimes, we also provide P5 levels according to different applications, such as a lathe.
The second one is Z4V4 deep groove ball bearings, we usually make 60 series and 62 series, mostly are provided to home appliances factories, such as washing machines, elevators, high-quality fans. We will also customize ceramic ball deep groove ball bearings with P4 level, for servo motor applications, such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi.
The third one is turbocharger ceramic ball bearings, used for Garrett turbos. With different cages, such as PEEK, copper, or metal, our bearings can run at 350 degrees or 600 degrees.
Since our main market is machine tool spindles, to provide better service, we also provide some related bearings, such as ball screw supporting bearings and double row cylindrical roller bearings. But we only provide P4 level, which is only used in spindle and CNC machining centers.
